The Green Bazaar and the first round of Freecycle have just ended. Will post something more meaningful later when I have enough time. I think they have succeeded, although the rainy weather sometimes made the customers more reluctant to come and see the stuffs, esp. because the Central lib forum is exposed to water when it rain heavily, and there is no covered walkway from the bus stop to the forum.
